Jr UX / Visual Designer

Core Responsibilities: • Design user experiences for new and existing products (web + mobile) • Work on various levels of Interaction and visual design • Work directly with clients and stakeholders through all stages of design • Assist in developing hi-fidelity storyboards, wireframes, prototypes and visual comps that effectively convey design intentions and interactions • Create pixel perfect visual comps • Work with lead designers to deliver final specs and assets to engineering Team

Requirements: • 1-2 years experience • Good understanding of current mobile and web design trends/patterns  • Able to work directly and take direction from Sr. Designers on the team • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) • Organized, dependable and never miss a deadline • Ability to work and brainstorm independently and collaboratively  • Strong and clean design aesthetic  • Passion for learning and staying on top of trends • Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks • Flash, Dreamweaver, Axure a big plus • Familiar with basic HTML/CSS/Javascript • Web App Experience Required • Mobile Experience is a huge plus • Previous start up or SaaS experience preferred

Intermediate UX / Visual Designer

Requirements: • 2-4 years experience • Good understanding of current mobile and web design trends/patterns  • Able to manage your own project and direct Jr. designers on the team • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) • Organized, dependable and never miss a deadline • Ability to work and brainstorm independently and collaboratively  • Strong and clean design aesthetic  • Passion for learning and staying on top of trends • Illustration/Icon design experience is a plus • Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash, Dreamweaver, Axue • Familiar with basic HTML/CSS/Javascript • Web App Experience Required • Mobile Experience is a huge plus • Previous start up or SaaS experience preferred

Senior UX / Visual Designer

Core Responsibilities: • Design user experiences for new and existing products (web + mobile) • Own and take charge of all aspects of interaction and visual design • Work directly with clients and stakeholders through all stages of design • Develop hi-fidelity storyboards, wireframes, prototypes and visual comps that effectively convey design intentions and interactions • Create pixel perfect visual comps • Deliver final specs and assets to engineering team • Manage multiple projects • Create clickable prototypes when necessary • Usability testing

Requirements: • 5+ years experience required • Good understanding of current mobile and web design trends/patterns   • Be able to direct and manage Junior designers on the team • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) • Organized, dependable and never miss a deadline • Ability to work and brainstorm independently and collaboratively  • Strong and clean design aesthetic  • Illustration/Icon Design Experience is a huge plus • Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash, Dreamweaver, Axure • Fluent in HTML/CSS/JavaScript • Web and Mobile Experience Required • Previous start up or SaaS experience preferred
